Before we start a repair, we will check your device for diagnostics.
You may choose the standard diagnostics (4 to 6 business days) for € 29, or the express diagnostics (1 to 2 business days) for € 59.

In case of liquid damage, damage to the laptop casing or failure to the laptop motherboard, extensive diagnostics will be needed to investigate the problem and offer the right solution.
Extensive diagnostics are
€ 149, replacing the standard diagnostics fee. The faster express diagnostics are
€ 30 extra.
With desktop / custom / gaming PCs with errors or failures, an extensive parts test will be needed to investigate the problem. With a parts test, components of your PC will be tested on our testing bench.

Lead time
If we have the required parts in stock, the lead time for the repair is usually 2 to 4 working days. If a faster express repair is possible, the repair will take 1 business day.
Intention for repair
We‘re taking your device in with the intention to repair it. If a repair is possible for € 149 plus diagnostics fee, you’re giving us permission in advance to proceed.
Location
You’re welcome at any of our 58 pickup locations – packaging your device is not needed. We also offer a pickup and return service at your house or office for € 49 extra (Randstad area).
