How does it work?
We have a central repair center in The Hague, and a growing network of pickup locations. All diagnostics and repairs are done in our professional repair center, the pickup locations are responsible for taking in and handing back your computer.
1. Registration
Registering your repair online only takes 1 minute, then you will receive a reference code.
2. Intake
Using the reference code, you’re welcome to bring in your computer to any of our pickup locations without appointment.
3. Quote
We check your computer and send you a quote by email, followed by a call to answer any questions you may have.
4. Repair
The repair starts once you give us a go. Of course, you can also choose not to have any repair done.
5. Payment
We will send you an online payment link, that can be paid using iDeal or bank transfer.
6. Pickup
You’re welcome to pick up your computer where you brought it in.
What are the prices for repairs?
Prices vary with the repair that is needed. After diagnostics, we will provide you with a quote by email, detailing the various options that you may choose from.

Isn’t it a long and tedious process?
Not at all! Every day, we transport many computers between dozens of cities. We have specialized in the safe and efficient transportation of computers, using a highly automated IT system to ensure every repair is finished as quickly and flawlessly as possible.
We even offer express diagnostics within 24 hours (one business day), no matter at which pickup location you bring in your computer.

What do / don’t we repair?
We’re happy to help you with the repair of any brand and model PC, laptop, MacBook, iMac or other Apple computer.
We don’t repair phones, tablets, printers, external keyboards / mouses or external monitors.
Is it safe to hand in the computer at a pickup location?
Absolutely! All of our pickup locations have been selected for being professional stores with trained employees, good security and proper insurance. For transportation, we use our own driver who is specialized in handling and transporting computer equipment.
Do I need to package my PC or laptop?
No, that is not necessary. We provide all of our pickup locations with crates and scratch free bags for laptops, to safely store and transport your equipment.
Examples of repairs
No matter what the brand of computer or what the problem may be, we always offer a solution. Some examples of the repairs we regularly do:
- Replacing laptop screens, batteries, keyboards and other components (all brands and models)
- Installing Windows and macOS operating systems
- Removing viruses and malware, cleaning up hacked computers
- Repairing liquid damage from laptops and MacBooks, including a quote for the insurance company
- Speeding up computers, using upgrades such as a faster SSD hard drive or more RAM system memory
Even if a repair is no longer feasible, we can provide you with a refurbished laptop or a custom made desktop PC.
