What kind of repairs can we help you with?
Our technicians offer repairs for all laptop and PC brands and models, including MacBooks and iMacs. We offer both hardware and software repairs, with a specialisation in gaming computers and business workstations.
Some examples of repairs that we do on a daily basis:
- Replacing laptop screens, batteries, chargers, keyboards and touchpads.
- Replacing MacBook displays, batteries, MagSafe chargers and keyboards / top cases.
- Resolving computer crashes as well as computers that don’t boot up
- Repairing DC power connections and complex failures to laptop motherboards
- Internal cleaning of PCs and laptops, to resolve overheating issues
- Removing software viruses, malware removal and software cleanup
- Clean installation of the Windows operating system or macOS operating system, including data recovery of lost files
- Speeding up slow computers, using upgrades such as a faster SSD hard drive or more RAM system memory
- Repairing liquid damage from laptops and MacBooks, including a price quote for insurance companie
Even if a repair is no longer feasible, we can provide you with a refurbished laptop or a custom made desktop PC, with 2 years of warranty.
We don’t repair phones, tablets, printers, external monitors or external keyboards
How does it work?
We have a professional repair center in The Hague, and a wide network of pickup and dropoff locations in major cities and towns.
To start your repair, you’re welcome to register online, then bring your device to the nearest pickup and drop-off location.
Registration
Registering your repair online only takes 1 minute, then you will receive a reference code.
Intake
Using the reference code, you’re welcome to bring in your device at the nearest pickup and dropoff location during opening hours.
If you are unable to transport your device, you may also select our pickup and return service. In that case, our driver will visit your home or office, to pick up your device.
Diagnostics
Your device is checked for diagnostics. If a repair can be done within a base fee, it is done immediately. If the price is higher, we will first send you a quote.
Repair
The repair is done by a professional and qualified technician. After the repair is finished, your device will undergo a final check.
Payment
We will send you an online payment link, that can be paid using iDeal / Wero or bank transfer.
Pickup
You’re welcome to pick up your device at the location where it was brought in.
What are the prices for repairs?
Every problem has a different solution. The type of solution and repair that are needed, will determine the price.
Repairs that can be done for a base fee, will be done automatically. If the price is higher, we will send you a quotation first.

How long does a repair take?
We understand that your device may be essential for work or private life, so we have optimized our repair process for the shortest possible lead times.
Since every repair has a different lead time, diagnostics are needed first. We offer express diagnostics that take 1-2 business days, or standard diagnostics that take 4-6 business days.
Repairs that can be done for a base fee, will be done automatically. Otherwise, we will first send you a quotation with expected lead times.
Is it safe to hand in the computer at a pickup location?
Absolutely! All of our pickup locations have been selected for being professional stores with trained employees, good security and proper insurance. For transportation, we use our own drivers who are specialized in handling and transporting computer equipment.
Do I need to package my PC or laptop?
Packaging your device is not necessary, but you are responsible for the safe transportation of your device to and from the pickup location.
We will always transport your laptops or MacBooks using protective bubble wrapping. For desktop PCs and iMacs, we use special transportation crates with protective foam coating.
Warranty on repairs
We offer a 2 year warranty on all hardware repairs and installation.
